Rebranding this medical research clinic entailed firstly looking at the benefit recipients had been receiving from their services. Secondly, was their need to effectively communicate this graphically. The resultant running ‘Quinn’ (as he has been named) not only communicated the healthy way patients felt after being part of the Quest process, but it also captured the letter Q by coming outside the previously restrictive condition they had been in health-wise.
